Excitement is ramping up for the summer meet at the Saratoga Race Course, and the public will soon have a chance to get a bird’s eye view of the training from the Whitney Viewing Stand. WTEN reports the stand opens on Thursday, April 25. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursdays through Sundays. It’s free of charge to attend.
