The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Julia Kim, 33, of Halfmoon, on Monday. This arrest stems from a domestic incident in Halfmoon. WTEN reports Kim is accused of striking someone she knows with a frying pan, causing physical injury. Kim was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and released pending further action in the matter.
