The man accused of stabbing a Troy police K-9, is due in court Monday. WNYT reports Norbi was stabbed 12 times, after responding to a burglary, allegedly by 25-year-old Curtis Knockwood, who is facing more than a dozen charges.
He is being held in jail without bail.
