The three Utica men involved in the off-duty officer shooting in Saratoga Springs back in November will be back in the Spa City at a later date. According to WNYT, All three were due in court Tuesday morning, but Alexander Colon and Darius Wright were visibly absent. Christopher Castillo showed up – but without legal counsel. All three men are expected to be back in court June 27. They are facing attempted assault charges.
