Construction workers uncovered human remains on Thursday in Glens Falls. City officials believe they were part of an old cemetery. An excavation crew unearthed the remains at a site on Broad and South Streets. The discovery brought construction to a halt and that’s because the Unmarked Burial Site Protection Act requires landowners to stop construction and report discoveries to authorities.
