Schenectady Police are investigating after they responded to 1030 Pleasant Street early Sunday morning and found a woman dead. According to WNYT, Around 5:18 Sunday morning, May, 28, 2023, Schenectady County dispatchers got a call for a female in-need of medical attention. Arriving crews found a woman in her 40’s unconscious and declared her dead.
Schenectady Police detectives are investigating the case as a homicide.
