One of two Saratoga County sheriff’s deputies shot during an early morning drug and weapons raid in Clifton Park on Tuesday morning continues to recover at Albany Medical Center. The other one is out of the hospital. WNYT reports one deputy shot in the chest was saved by his body armor. He was treated and released from the hospital. The other injured deputy underwent surgery Tuesday afternoon for a shattered femur.
