According to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office, 25-year-old Jordan Pregent has pleaded guilty to a felony charge for possessing a sexual performance by a child. WRGB reports The charge stems from an investigation conducted by New York State Police in Latham, following the discovery of illegal material linked to a November 2023 offense.
