The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is looking into a possible underground leak of refrigerant at ice rink in the Glens Falls Recreation Center on Fire Road. WTEN reports the possible leak was first noticed in January when Department of Public Works employees noticed a decline in the level of the refrigerant as displayed on gauges.
