Authorities now say a woman found dead in a Glens Falls clothing donation bin last week may have been seeking “refuge” from bad weather. The victim was Michelle McFarren, 43, according to the Glens Falls Police.
According to WNYT, police officers noticed the bin catching on fire in Glens Falls in the early morning hours of Thursday, March 6.
