Golub Pleads Not Guilty To Official Misconduct

The lawyer for a former Saratoga Springs official claimed Tuesday that another elected official was “intimately involved” in the investigation that led to criminal charges against his client. The Daily Gazette reports
Attorney Karl Sleight, who is representing former Public Works Commissioner Jason Golub, said he is requesting information from Public Safety Commissioner Tim Coll’s personal and work cellphones as part of the case alleging Golub accepted repair work on his home last December by city employees on city time.
