Saratoga Springs is getting a new member of its city council. According to News Channel, Hank Kuczynski, a former deputy mayor in Democrat Ken Klotz’s administration, was appointed to fill a portion of the term left unfulfilled when Jason Golub left August 16 to take a job with New York state.Kuczynski will fill the job until a special election is held.
