Three people have been arrested in connection to a pair of thefts across Saratoga County. Johnson Gooden-Prunty, 30, of Schenectady, Olijajwuan Sheppard, 24, of Schenectady, and Syiheed Jean Louis, 26 of Waterbury, Connecticut, are all facing numerous charges. The first incident happened August 10th in Saratoga, a second on August 30th at a residence in Wilton.
