The Glens Falls Fire Department confirmed that one person died in a house fire on Wednesday night. The fire broke out just after 9:30 p.m. on Fourth Street. Crews were able to extinguish the flames within a few minutes of arriving to the scene. The cause of the fire remains under investigation but does not appear to be suspicious.
