One person has died in a police-involved shooting in Saratoga County. According to WNYT, it started around 4 p.m. Wednesday, as police searched for a man who threatened to hurt himself. That man, 48 year old James Dellea of Hillsdale was found in the parking lot of the Albany – Saratoga Speedway on State Route 9 in Malta. The man displayed refused to leave his car and when he displayed a weapon, a trooper shot Dellea, killing him.
