A man is accused of drunken driving after allegedly running a red light in Halfmoon. WNYT reports investigators stopped Michael Fluty, 18, near Route 146 and Fire Road just before 3 a.m. Monday. He had a blood alcohol level of at least 0.18%.
Fluty also has a revoked license due to a past conviction, investigators said.
