Saratoga Springs police are talking about the public safety plan that will go into effect, starting with the Belmont on Broadway event on Wednesday. WTEN reports Broadway will be closed between Lake Ave. and Vandam St. – between City Center and City Hall – starting on Wednesday June 5 at 5:00 A.M. for Belmont on Broadway.
