A Capital Region toddler is alive today thanks for his 12-year-old cousin who saved him from drowning in a swimming pool.
WRGB reports Amelia Juracka from Greenfield Center was at a family gathering last summer when she noticed her 2-year-old cousin’s toy fall in the pool and the boy followed. Amelia sprang into action, rescuing the toddler from the water.
