The owners of Gaffney’s bar in Saratoga Springs are facing foreclosure proceedings. WNYT reports a claim has been filed by John F. Baker and Supreme Cuisine Inc. against Caroline Street Properties LLC and Elfont Saratoga, which owns the property at 16 Caroline St. The claim alleges that the owners of Gaffney’s have fallen behind on payments toward a $2.45 million mortgage. They missed the March, April and May payments. They also owe nearly $274,000 in property taxes as of April.
