Leaders in Saratoga Springs are reminding drivers who live in the city to register for a summer parking permit. The seasonable parking program allows drivers who live in the city to park in the city owned lots and garages for free. WTEN reports it’s meant to give priority to residents during the track season. Non-residents will need to pay a fee of $2 per hour. Street parking will remain free for everyone.
