The former Stillwater Wood & Iron Building will be converted into apartments and commercial space, the village recently announced. The Daily Gazette reports the Stillwater Lofts project by Troyal Properties LLC had been under review for several months and included turning the two-story brick building into 11 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, 4,500 square feet of commercial space and another 1,000 square feet of tenant storage space.
