Little league baseball players in Saratoga County are facing some field issues after a company they paid to do renovations declared bankruptcy. WTEN reports Mechanichville-Stillwater Little League Baseball paid 30 year old James Butle of Scotia-based “Trust-a-Fence” a $5,700 down payment, but the work never happened.
Two months after giving the down payment, Butler’s attorney served the league with a Chapter 13 bankruptcy notice.
