Weather concerns for the area Tuesday. WNYT reports it appears as though a heavy and wet snow event will have the bulk of its impact locally right in the middle of the AM commute on Tuesday. In terms of timing, it is reasonable to plan for snow moving into our area at some point during the very early morning hours Tuesday. There is some uncertainty in terms of when it ends. The heaviness of the snow along with some wind gusts could lead to power outages.
