Shayne M. Richardson, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced to three years incarceration. Richardson was reportedly found to have fentanyl when he was arrested by the Saratoga Springs Police Department’s Special Investigation Unit in July. WTEN reports Richardson pled guilty to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree on October 23. He will also serve three years of post-release supervision.
