A Corinth man has admitted to striking and injuring a woman. WNYT reports 43 year old Joseph Harold Murauskas pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court to first-degree attempted assault. Murauskas was arrested after he struck the woman in the head and face on March 25, police said. The woman was treated at Saratoga Hospital and then transferred to Albany Medical Center.
