Ballston Spa Woman Sues Housing Coalition Following Father’s Death

The daughter of a Ballston Spa man, who died last year after being attacked with a baseball bat, has brought a lawsuit against Veterans & Community Housing Coalition Inc., for its alleged role in her father’s death. The Daily Gazette reports Letika LaQuania Nicole Rodgers, the daughter of Bernard Rodgers, has filed a legal complaint with Veterans & Communities Housing Coalition after her father was attacked, and later died from the resulting injuries he received while living in housing provided by the coalition last year.
