Kevin Monahan, the man accused of killing 20-year-old Kaylin Gillis in April after she and her friends drove up the wrong driveway, appeared in court Thursday. WRGB reports attorneys on both sides went before the judge for what is called a Huntley hearing to decide whether what Monahan said on the night of the shooting to the officers would be used during the trial, which is set for October 30th.
