Gaffney’s can reopen its doors once a civil penalty is paid. WRGB reports the bar submitted a conditional no contest plea for several pending disciplinary cases. The establishment’s license was suspended last month, following a string of violent incidents officials said emanated from the pub. Gaffneys’ plea was presented to the members of the liquor authority at its regular meeting last week.
