Big changes are in store for the Spa Little Theater. The Daily Gazette reports the 500-seat venue, which was constructed circa 1935, is set for a $12 million renovation project that will include the addition of a cafe, backstage area, artists’ space and community room. The groundbreaking is slated for Sept. 2. The theater will be closed until the renovations are completed in late fall of 2026.
