A Northumberland man has been arrested, accused of injuring a baby, New York State Police said recently. The Daily Gazette reports Cody M. Falconio, 31, of Northumberland, was arrested April 25 and charged with one count of second-degree assault, a felony, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
