Man Pleads Guilty In Case Of Opening Fire Outside SSPD

A Vietnam combat veteran who shot at the Saratoga Springs Police Department in a possible attempt to die by police gun fire will face several years in prison after pleading guilty to the incident Wednesday morning. The Daily Gazette reports 77 year old Paul Trinci of Malta, pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court to first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal mischief, both felonies.
