Saratoga Springs Police Department says a man is dead Sunday morning after his roommate shot him with a BB gun at their residence on Warren Street. WNYT reports the victim has been identified as Michael Collins, 27, of Saratoga Springs. After the incident, 26-year-old Brendan Carl of Saratoga Springs was taken into custody. Carl has been charged with second-degree manslaughter and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
