The Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office held the 23rd annual crime victims’ candlelight vigil, in honor of National Crime Victims Rights Week. WTEN reports dozens of survivors, supporters and law enforcement officials joined the ceremony on Sunday. Saratoga County District Attorney Karen Heggen said the goal is to support those who have suffered, or have lost people to violence.
