A traffic stop on U.S. Route 9 in the town of Malta led to the arrest of 27-year-old Monica Wornall of Queensbury. WRGB reports the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office stopped Wornall’s vehicle Wednesday at 9:00 PM for driving without illuminated headlamps or tail lamps and for having a suspended registration. Authorities said Wornall was operating the vehicle while intoxicated, with the DWI charge elevated to a felony due to a prior conviction within the last 10 years.
