Construction has officially started at a new Saratoga Springs Housing Authority complex. The apartment complex will be called Springs West Apartments. WTEN reports the $43 million project, also developed by Beacon Communities, will construct six new buildings along Allen Drive in the city of Saratoga Springs. The housing complex will reportedly include 98 one-, two- and three-bedroom units for rent.
