A Whitehall man pleaded guilty to weapon and drug possession in Saratoga County on Wednesday. WTEN reports Donald C. Tomlinson pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after admitting to brandishing a gun at a 47-year-old victim, saying he was going to kill the person on July 13, 2024.
