A new initiative in Saratoga County aims to enhance safety and communication for drivers on the autism spectrum. The Blue Envelope Program is designed to ease interactions between these drivers and law enforcement during traffic stops by using instructions in an envelope aimed at clarifying the driver’s diagnosis.
