A Glens Falls woman is accused of driving while impaired and striking a man on an e-bike. WNYT reports the crash happened on June 6 at the intersection of Broadway and Schuyler Street in the town of Fort Edward. Authorities say 57 year old Monika Juliano was under the influence of drugs said police, when she struck and seriously injured the bicyclist.
