A Tennessee man is accused of traveling to Clifton Park to have sex with a minor. WNYT reports 37 year old
Donald Jenkins of Clarksville, allegedly started communicating with a person in September to make those plans. Jenkins then rented a car to drive to the Capital Region and meet at a prearranged location. He was arrested this week when he arrived.
