As Saratoga Springs eyes improvements to its paid parking program for next year, one city business owner is still against it and urging officials to end it altogether. According to the Daily Gazette, Saratoga Outdoors owner John Nemjo said he saw an 8% decrease in revenue following the implementation of the city’s paid parking program, which began after the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival at Saratoga in June and ended on Labor Day.
