A Saratoga Springs theft suspect led police on a lengthy chase Tuesday night that ended after he drove the wrong way down the Northway in Halfmoon, reports the Daily Gazette. 43 year old Carmen J. Daniele was ultimately arrested after he eventually stopped his vehicle and tried to flee on foot.
