A Ballston Spa man was arrested for allegedly stealing from his employer. Thomas Crandall, 29, was charged with third-degree grand larceny after a complaint from a Malta business said that it was missing a large amount of metal. The investigation determined that Crandall removed the metal valued at more than $3,000 selling it for cash at a scrap yard. Crandall was arraigned and released on his own recognizance
