The Saratoga City Tavern — a staple of the nightlife scene on Caroline Street — is up for sale. The Daily Gazette reports the five-story, 7,770-square-foot structure is located at 19-21 Caroline St. and listed at $4.9 million by commercial agents Cindy Hollowood and Anne O’Toole of Roohan Realty.
