Saratoga Springs Police said Tuesday that the organizer of a pro-Palestine demonstration that blocked the street has been charged. WNYT reports Dozens of people marched on Broadway on May 1 in a rally organized by Black Lives Matter. Police said demonstrators did not seek a permit before demonstrating in Congress Park. That is a violation of city ordinance.
