The city of Saratoga Springs will soon have a law on the books regulating short-term rentals. WNYT reports the exact fees haven’t been determined, said Moran, but there will be a fee schedule for landlords based upon how often they rent their property. The council is fine-tuning the legislation and expects it to pass next month, but won’t enforce it until the fall.
