A Saratoga Springs man has admitted to sexually abusing a young child. According to WNYT, 56 year old Matthew Breen pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court on Wednesday to first-degree sexual abuse. Breen was arrested last May after police said he inappropriately touched a child younger than 11 years old. Breen is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26.
