A 3-year-old, found inside a home where a 5-year-old died, has tested positive for cocaine according to the Schenectady County District Attorney’s Office. WRGB reports 33-year-old Robert Buskey is accused of not providing water and or food to his 5-year-old daughter between April 10-14. Police responded to the Elmer Avenue home around 3 a.m. Sunday to find the 5-year-old child unresponsive.
