Saratoga County will be holding free Narcan training and distribution on January 25 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library. Participants will learn how to recognize an opioid overdose and administer nasal Narcan, which can be life-saving. WTEN reports participants receive a free rescue kit with two doses of Narcan, a rescue breathing face shield, a certificate of training, a drug disposal system, and a mental health and substance use disorder resource guide.
