A Cohoes man was arrested on an attempted grand larceny charge in connection with a reported fraud scam involving a city resident. The Saratogian reports Saratoga Springs police charged Zebiullah Neyazy, 44, with felony third-degree attempted grand larceny. He was released without bail to appear in City Court on Jan. 25.
