The lawyers for Kevin Monahan, the Hebron man accused of killing Kaylin Gillis in his driveway are asking the judge to prohibit the use of the term “victim” at trial, reports WNYT. His lawyers also want the judge to prohibit use of “assailant” and “perpetrator” in front of a jury. The 20 year old Gillis was shot and killed as she rode in an SUV that mistakenly drove up Monahan’s driveway in Hebron in April.
